The Role:
We're looking for an Implementation Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology and user experience. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure systems, and guide successful solution rollouts—bridging the gap between product capabilities and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of digital and AI-based solutions
Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and workflows
Collaborate with technical teams on system integration and configuration
Deliver training, support change management, and ensure user adoption
Identify opportunities to improve delivery frameworks and customer success
Skills & Experience:
Experience implementing SaaS, CRM, ERP, or AI-powered platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar
Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integration basics
Organised, methodical, and driven by outcomes and impact
