Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Change and Engagement Lead to work with a Brisbane-based client. This role is vital in guiding the organisation through change, ensuring smooth transitions and aligning initiatives with the client’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and ensure alignment with change initiatives.
Communication Planning: Design and execute communication plans that clearly articulate change initiatives' vision, benefits, and impacts.
Training & Development: Lead the development and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change.
Monitor & Report: Track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading change management efforts within large organisations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling narratives around change.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through change.
Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
