Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects for a Brisbane-based client. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project goals align with their expectations and address any concerns proactively.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring all members are aligned with the project’s objectives and timelines.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the client’s specifications and expectations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and budget tracking.
Required Skills and Experience:
Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects within large organisations, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire project teams towards successful project outcomes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to project challenges.
