We're looking to speak with Salesforce Administrator and developers to help this brilliant organisation leverage their Salesforce CRM to better service their members and make positive impact in our community.

Key responsibilities include:
Salesforce Administration & Development:

  • Manage all aspects of the Salesforce platform (configuration, customisation, data management, integration, automation).
  • Develop applications, workflows, and processes to streamline operations.
  • Provide training and support for effective Salesforce utilisation.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, updates, and technical debt.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.

Digital Product Development:

  • Identify and develop new digital products to enhance member services.
  • Design and integrate digital tools with Salesforce and other systems.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and drive innovation.
  • Support digital transformation and strategy across the organisation.

Digital Product Management:

  • Maintain relationships with external providers for smooth digital systems delivery.
  • Gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement digital platforms.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance and support of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Platform Management: Oversee Salesforce CRM, ensure continuous improvement, provide support, and maintain data quality.
  • Digital Solutions: Design and implement digital improvements to support strategic goals.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to digital strategy and operational efficiencies.
  • Process Improvement: Optimise delivery of member services and social enterprise certification.

Proffered Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Commerce, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience; Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and product development.
  • Knowledge of complementary technologies (web, mobile, integration, automation tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
