Opportunity:Seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join a Brisbane based insurance enterprise for a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process diagrams and user stories.
